My clients are usually business owners and senior managers within organisations who need that extra help to achieve ambitious results and performance.

My executive coaching clients are usually managers, directors, CxO and business owners who struggles with some of the following:

  • Too much to do
  • Too little time
  • Difficulty in taking the right decisions

Leadership development clients are usually managers, directors, CxO and business owners who struggle with managing people effectively and getting the best out of their teams. In some cases they have been promoted recently to a new management role and struggle to find it comfortable.

I work with teams which are dysfunctional or not performing, often caused by internal conflicts, personality clashes and too many alpha personalities. In other cases I help newly formed team to start collaborating within hours instead of months. Some of teams I work with can be:
