How I work

I base my coaching work around the methodologies created by the Neuroleadership Institute where I gained my qualifications in 2007. I started my coaching practice around my work experience and the knowledge I gained by interacting with many varied clients over the years. Coaching is a profession which many people could interpret in different ways. Moreover there are many different methodologies which can be combined in a literally unlimited number of variations. A large part of my work is one to one, helping individuals with Executive Coaching, Leadership Development or Career Coaching.
